The Service
Borehole Installation South Africa is a free quote-comparison service. We pass your enquiry to independent contractors who may contact you with quotes. We are not a contractor and do not survey, drill, equip, test, treat, repair or maintain boreholes or water systems.
No Obligation
Using the service is free and you are not obliged to accept any quote. We do not guarantee how many contractors will respond, how quickly, or that a contractor will be available for your location or service.
Your Agreement Is With the Contractor
Any survey, quote, contract, deposit, payment, guarantee, claim or dispute is between you and the contractor you appoint. Check their quote, dry-hole terms, guarantees and terms before you pay.
No Guarantees of Water
Nothing on this website guarantees that water will be found, or any yield, water quality, saving or property value.
Prices and Information
Prices on this website are ballpark ranges compiled from published sources for guidance only, not quotations or offers. Information about permissions, water use and water quality is general and not legal or technical advice. Confirm requirements with your contractor, your municipality or the Department of Water and Sanitation.
Your Enquiry
You agree to provide accurate information. By submitting a quote request you agree to it being shared with relevant contractors, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, advice, prices or conduct of any contractor, or for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
